A typical hypertensive thalamic
ICH
•Clinical symptoms: right-sided muscle strength at 0/5 for both the right upper and lower limbs. Left side showed muscle power at 3/5 to 4/5. The patient demonstrated expressive aphasia, being able to produce self-speech but unable to express herself verbally.
•Underlying disease:
1. arrhythmia 2. Atrial fibrillation 3. DM
