Hypertensive ICH and lacunar infarction
3 例典型 Lobar ICH due to Amyloid Angiopathy
這三例都是 lobar ICH (intracerebral hematomas, intracerebral hemorrhages)
也就是ICH在 frontal , parietal , temporal lobes.
因為病人年紀大，看到 lobar ICH，就要直接想到 amyloid angiopathy.
這三例都有手術及病理切片證明是amyloid angiopathy.
第三例有加做MRI，有再看到leukoaraiosis, microbleeds, 這二種是small vessel disease 的
image markers. 而 amyloid
angiopathy 也是small
vessel disease 之一種。
