ICH:

Location and pathophysilogy of hypertensive ICH:

Deep ICH: putamen, thalamus, pons, cerebellum
due to hyaline arteriosclerosis of deep penetrating art.
Lobar ICH: due to amyloid angiopathy of medullary art.

Non hypertensive ICH: AVM, aneurysm, hemangioma, tumor bleeding.
